Session 1

Part 1 of this series is dedicated to what you need and how to find the information to legally start this program and teach inside of licensed childcare facilities. Discussion will also focus on pricing for profit, the psychology behind branding, and building systems for success.

Marketing Madness

Session 2

Part 2 of the series will discuss how to create a marketing plan that ensures an enthusiastic “yes” from any center you approach. This session will also dive into how to “get your foot in the door,” and tips to position yourself as the expert in your community for this niche market.

Scaling to The Next Level

Session 3

In session 3, we will dive into scaling your program and when is the right time, both logistically and financially, to hire a team. We will also examine how to onboard and train new staff and best practices to keep centers loyal to your brand.

Feeding Your Studio

Session 4

In the final session, Erin shares the “secret sauce” to moving students from your mobile program into your studio space and how to identify when the time is right to work on this transition.
