Prioritize

Session 1 will start your roadmap from your bio to your class timeline. Sometimes the hardest part of life is where to START. Let’s get you on the road and start down the right path. Take a deep breathe and let’s get this show on the road.

Practice

Session 2 will guide you on how to layout your lessons and practice ways to deliver them to your students. We will create plan A B & C for all different types of learners. Here are a syllabus to help you get on track and choose what goes on your roadmap for each week.

Refine

The more we refine our definitions the more we understand what we are doing. We will work on expectations, responsibility, breakdowns for classes, music, holiday themes & show prep.

Reflect

We will work on finishing our roadmap and reflecting on what when well and what didn’t. Did our students end up processing the way we wanted and how can you recap so they will continue next season.
