Biz Sessions & Hero On a Mission Descriptions

Analyzing Your Business Growth: Pete Mohr

Just because you run a business that is based in the performing arts, doesn’t mean you don't need good measurements of the fundamentals of your business! Pete will help you dig into the Key Performance Metrics of your business (hint: they aren’t all from your income statement). Looking back gives you more clarity on looking ahead. Let's think about what should be on your ‘Dashboard’ to business success so that you can hop on the Wheel of Momentum!

You ARE Replaceable: Pete Mohr

What if something happened to you? Would your business be able to survive? For how long? If this thought really scares you, then it's time to tackle this fear. You CAN do it! This session will help you  start setting your business up so that it can run without you. It’s the pathway to the freedom that you wanted when you first became a business owner.

Communication is Key: Sean Dever

The relationship with your CPA needs to be a two-way street. In order to ensure the maximum tax benefits for your business, a back-and-forth discussion is essential, and this is done by providing the right information to get the benefits that are right for you! Sean Dever will dive into what this discussion looks like, what information your CPA needs, how to best keep track of it throughout the year and more.

Leadership in 2023! Teri Mangiaratti

Leading your team in 2023 is not the same as it used to be. Post pandemic employers everywhere are challenged with a new employee mindset and we're here to help you break it down in a whole new way. Teri will walk us through her "COFFEE" method for keeping your leadership skills in tact for this new time of studio ownership. While we're learning about COFFEE, grab a cup to get this weekend started!

Hero On a Mission Workshop: Holly Read (Special 5hr. Training)

I am excited to take you on a journey of discovering your purpose and how that impacts your life and business goals. ~Holly Read

Often we get stuck in a rut in our business and we ask ourselves the question, “Why am I even doing this?”

As a dance studio owner, you need to know the purpose behind what you are doing and how it relates to your life as a whole. When you can bring your whole self to what you do each and every day, not only you feel more fulfilled and productive but your team and students feel confident with you at the helm.

I am going to take you through some exercises where you will:

  • Create a life plan with incremental goals
  • Make a plan for everyday progress on your life goals.
  • Know what to focus on each day.
  • Overcome mental blocks with powerful mindset to accelerate your success.
  • Experience a deep sense of meaning in all you do.
Whether you want to experience a deeper sense of meaning, get mental strategies for growth, or learn how to be more personally productive, this course will help.
Don’t get stuck just working IN your business. Take time to work ON your business. That starts with making YOU a priority.
Part 1
  • Write Eulogy and Start on 10yr, 5yr, 1yr goals for them and your business.
  • Included is Q&A for final 15min.
  • Homework is to finish Eulogy and Goals.
Part 2
  • Daily Productivity and Mental Strategies.
  • Q&A for final 15min.
  • Homework: Go home an implement what you learned. Share Eulogy and Goals with inner circle.
